Community

French & Lamming Media is based in North Yorkshire and we operate across the North of England. We are keen to support community organisations that contribute to making our region the oustanding place it is to live and work.

Education

We provide media consultancy to a number of schools and educational organisations including FE, Academies, the independent sector, specialist schools and education policy makers. 

We also teach journalism to school pupils, support schools with student magazines and wider communications, and provide careers advice on all aspects of working in the media. 

Health

We are full-time media consultants to NHS County Durham and Darlington.

In addition, we provide consultancy to Durham Dales, Easington and Sedgefield Clincial Commissioning Group, North Durham Clinical Commissioning Group, Darlington Clinical Commissioning Group, the North East Public Health Observatory, and Darlington Drug and Alcohol Action Team.

Motoring

An automotive anorak from the age of four, Ian Lamming secured his dream job as a motoring correspondent in 1991.  Since then he has driven about 80 cars and motorcycles a year ranging from the exotic to the bizarre.

His testing has taken him around the world offering readers an honest and non-technical insight into the very latest machines the industry has to offer
