LICENCED conveyancer Richard Rutter has joined a growing team at regional legal practice BHP Law.

Richard, 29, who comes from Billingham, has spent over ten years in residential conveyancing with companies on Teesside.

He has joined BHP Law as the firm is seeing a significant increase in workload, both locally and nationally, as the housing market continues to improve.

Richard said: "The number of offices BHP has across the region shows the firm is moving forward positively, and that the volume of work that's coming in reflects the excellent relationships it has with referring partners and clients.

"I'm delighted to be joining at this exciting time and looking forward to using my own network and experience to contribute to the firm's continued growth."
